Groveport Zion Lutheran Church - NALC

Have you experienced the loss of someone close and are feeling the following?

· Shock
· Emotional release
· Depression, loneliness and a sense of isolation
· Physical symptoms of distress
· Feelings of panic
· A sense of guilt
· Anger or rage
· Inability to return to usual activities

If so, you may be going through the stages of grief. We would like to offer you an opportunity to share with other adults in a supportive and encouraging environment, with others who understand grief.
